Courtney shares his meaning of influence. He describes it using the acronym B.I.G, which is the capacity to affect Behaviour, Identity or Growth (B.I.G). Influence can be direct and indirect. We can have an impact on people and influence them using our skills. We can also make an impact on people indirectly and impact them by creating products or services that influence people on a larger scale. Courtney and James talk about how they have used their skills and creations to increase their influence directly and indirectly.
